Vendor Terms

1. Definitions Service: Our WhatsApp API, messaging, chatbot, and automation tools, including webhooks and dashboards. User: Anyone (individual or entity) using our Service. Client Data: Messages, contacts, media, or any other content you provide via our platform. Meta: Meta Platforms, Inc., provider of the WhatsApp Cloud Business API. 2. Account Registration & Management Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use the Service. Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, Meta’s policies, or misuse of the Service. 3. Use of WhatsApp API You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp policies, including but not limited to: WhatsApp Business Policy WhatsApp Commerce Policy WhatsApp Terms of Service Prohibited Content: No spam, deceptive messaging, illegal content, or privacy violations. Consent: You must obtain proper user consent before contacting recipients. Data Protection: You must comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill (when enacted). Violations may lead to suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account and access to our Service. 4. User Responsibilities You are responsible for all content and actions performed via your account. Do not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Do not share sensitive or personal data unless properly secured. 5. Data Privacy & Security You retain ownership of all Client Data. We act only as a processor, handling data per your instructions. We implement standard security measures to protect your data, but you must also secure your account credentials and environment. 6. Fees & Billing Our pricing plans are detailed on our Pricing page. You must pay applicable fees in a timely manner. If payment fails, we may suspend your Service. Pricing is subject to change; increased fees will apply to new billing cycles. 7. Intellectual Property We and our licensors retain all rights to the Service and its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or repurpose the Service without permission. 8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 9. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time, at our discretion. We’ll notify you by posting updated Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan (unless otherwise required by law). 11.
